Weekend and holiday orders will be processed on the next business day.

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. Delays or delivery failures due to incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the customer. If you need to modify the address after shipment, you must contact the logistics company (success is not guaranteed).

Upon receiving your package, we recommend checking the outer packaging for damage.

If you find obvious damage, please take photos and contact customer service. Signing for the package without inspection may affect subsequent processing.
